What you don't get

The limit that actually bites
Not storage. Concurrent processes — how many pages your site can build at the same time. Ten, on this plan.
If each page takes two seconds, you can serve about five requests per second. The eleventh simultaneous visitor gets a 508 error.
Turning on full-page caching moves that ceiling by roughly ten times, because cached pages skip PHP entirely. It's free and takes ten minutes. Do it before you think about upgrading — it's the first thing our support threads tell people, and it usually ends the conversation.
Fair use, plainly
- Three accounts per person. More than that and they all go.
- No phishing, malware, or brand impersonation. Confirmed phishing is removed within the hour, no warning and no appeal window. This is what keeps the platform usable for everyone else.
- No file dumps, proxies, mining, or bulk mail. Hosting is for websites.
- Inactive accounts are deleted after 45 days with no login and no traffic. You get warned by email at 30, 40 and 44 days.

Is a free subdomain right for you?
It's the right tool for a portfolio, a class project, a prototype, a hobby site, or anything you're still working out. Those are common and paying for them would be a waste.
